Kris Bass' Red squad was hurt by the loss of at least three players who were in Athens, Georgia. The Red Scourge played a competitive game, but the nearly-fully manned Ash team (captained by Dan Parrish) was able to convert with more efficiency after TO's, taking the first half 9-1. In the second half, two additional Ash players arrived and added more fuel to the fire, helping Ash go up with a solid 17-3 victory. Wiping the slate clean, and providing everyone more opportunity to play, Red and Ash played a second game to 7. This game was more even, and the score stood at 5s before Ash again went ahead to win 7-5.
