Way to go Metro Blue- amazingly we actually had eleven players this saturday! Returning from last week's game were Claudia, Jennifer, Mary and Rodney - who were awesome in game and in spirit once again! Jamie joined us for a few points eventhough she was injured, Patrick was excellent (while he played - but I seem to recall a fair amount of time on the sideline . . .), and we had the NC State players we so desparately missed from last week as well as two high school players from Jordan who were tireless and clearly know no limits on sacrifice. We took the lead early on held it, traded a few points in the first half and went on to win 17-4 against our orange opponents. I have a feeling that if we meet them again this season it might not go so smoothly - Deb, Chuck and Sunny from orange had some great play, but the sun was shining on the Metro Blue connection! Could be some of the best Co-ed flow I've ever seen!
