Big time plays all day long by both sides as this game went down to the wire. Maroon defeated Red by a score of 19-18. Red came out of the gate quick with some major D and an a long bomb game that would be prevalent all day long. Maroon stuck to their guns and got down to business scoring with some excellent offense and took the lead. In the end, Maroon pulled out a close one against a very good Red squad. Outstanding play by everyone out there!
In a hard fought game, Maroon defeated Red 19 to 18. Maroon had four opportunities to put the game away, and the Red team answered with a score on each occasion. If not for the hard cap at nineteen, the game might still be going. Red had only two women (Jody Pait and Tracy Cate) who played great for 37 points. Thanks to the folks who stayed to cheer and heckle. The Blue team even had happy hour on the sideline for the first half.
