first game back, sunny day and both teams were eager and ready to play. cinnamon had few but solid players and steel had a numerous crew, as always. the first half started slow for steel, hanging in there but not controling the game. cinnamon got a huge lift after the first quarter steel's visting female player from santa barbara volunteered to help out the 2 cinnamon ladies (esp brigette who was recovering from a cold and battling the <60 temps). steel hung in and decided to 'rock' the second half with our numerous subs and strong legs. steel came back and took the second half and the game. special steel notes: great game baker, chris shepard, kristin and ross as they all played with steel for the first time...looking forward to more games. great job everyone on steel, way to stick with it and turn it up in the 2nd half. great game cinnamon!
