Great game on a clear windy afternoon. Charcoal came out strong with steady handling by Andrew Bick and Amy Seagroves to take half 9-3. Natural's zone D, w/ Bucky playing an effective middle middle, shut down Charcoal in the second half and pulled the game to 11 all. For the Natural O John Kitchens had many great leaping grabs throughout. Charcoal regrouped and pulled ahead 16-15. Kristin Cozza had the play of the day to win it w/ a leaping catch in traffic and a quick strike for the final score. Very close, good spirited game. Congratulations to both teams.
