With effective zone play (and an unexpected appearance of Sun's Sandy Hartwiger) Sun pulled away against Royal, defeating them 16-8. Augie and I traded upwind and downwind hucks and stellar defence was played by Royal's Kevin Egan and Sandy. Particular props go out to Lola and Jessie for Sun, who played the entire game without substitutions.
This game was played 8 vs 7. Team Sun had the benefit of having the wind playing for their team. They also had the benefit of deciding that 15=17. But whatever- spirit of the game. The always over looked Josh scored 6 of team Royals points but no one would remember that sort of thing, would they?
