Heidi Porter
She only signed up for 4-6 games and ended up playing almost all
the games. She played savage many games as well as in the WL tourney.
Her energy never flagged and her attitude was always, always positive. |

Dave Mason
What didn't he do? He skyed over Lang & Roy and caught about
50% of our goals. Never complained about all the wind on the first
Sunday and implored TFDA to move the 2nd Sunday to New York City
so that he could play. |

Chip Depew
F or his tireless efforts to help his teammates improve their games.
His patience and enthusiasm were especially noteworthy given our
team's less than stellar performance during the year. Nevertheless,
Chip was there for every game ready to instruct us in all things
ultimate. Thanks again Chip! |

Bill Keither
Who attended nearly every game despite injuries and frequent hangovers.
Despite his many years of Winter League, it turned out Bill had
never earned a spirit disc, so DanO and I felt vindicated in our
choice of one of the older players on the team. |

Claudia Barrett
Judy Murray |

Josh Nadel and Gerald Chen
Josh put in 100% on every point with a fun attitude. Gerald quietly
pushed himself and the team to keep working hard and focusing. |

Our Spirit League winners were Heather Sweeney
for getting her first layout score in our last game of the Winter
League tournament and Jason Guy for learning hard
every game. They both played savage in a couple of games, kept level
heads in somewhat heated games and definitely improved over the
course of the league. Both Jason and Heather kept very positive
attitudes throughout all of our games. They took advice and comments
very well and never complained about playing conditions or the way
the game was going! Two great
players to have on the team :) |

They were everything a captain can hope for. They attended every
game they could and informed me when they couldn't; they were willing
to do anything for the team and maintained a great attitude; they played with spirit and competitive
zeal; overall, they contributed to an enjoyable Winter League season
for the whole team. |

He played very hard the entire season, worked for every point, and
seemed to have fun in the process. He was very dirty at the end
of every game, which is proof of his hard work! |

Jennifer Jones
JJ was present for almost every game, and she always played with
a lot intensity and a smile. When I told people she was a high school
player, they were always amazed at her ability. She is well on her
way to an awesome ultimate career! |

Rumors regularly ran rampant that Miss Mary might mingle mostly
with Martians and hoping whomever her homeland housed would consider
our country completely kind and caring. We auspiciously awarded
our accolades accordingly (and she ROCKS!). |

Alan Hoyle |
|
Devin Connelly
At every game he attended (which was most of them), he
played hard, played fair, was always supportive, and was a great
teammate, and a great person to be around. |
