TFDA
Committees
It takes a lot of help to run a large organization like TFDA. Please
take the time to help on one of these committees. Contact
to let him know your interest.
The TFDA Membership Committee is tasked with developing membership
requirement and benefits and then managing all aspects of membership.
This includes setting fees, collecting membership fees and issuing membership
cards, and publishing the TFDA newsletter HomeSpun.
The TFDA Land Use Committee is tasked with finding fields for
competition, both league and pickup, either through rental or purchase.
A portion of your membership fee will go to field procurement and insurance.
Note however, that it may take some time before we have enough money and
organization to do anything amazing in this regard. Click here

We need everybody to be a unofficial member of the field committee. If
you hear rumors of fields, or see a nice looking unused grassy area, let
know.
The Finance Committee shall propose financial policy to the
Board for approval. This includes strategies and procedures for fund raising,
investments and disbursements of funds. The Committee is then in charge
of carrying out the financial policy adopted by the Board.
The Competition Committee is charged with developing and running
competitive programs. This includes Winter, Summer, Spring Leagues, the
Summer Hat series, and the holiday hat tournaments. We hope to start sponsoring
youth leagues in the future.
