Leagues Offered

For ages 16 & up, TFDA currently organizes and runs 4 mixed-gender leagues in winter, spring, summer & (beginning in 2010) FALL. We also organize leagues for younger players via the Triangle Youth Ultimate League (TYUL).

If you are seeking information about a currently active league, please click on the "League" menu link in the upper lefthand corner of the page (directly below the TFDA logo and beside the "Main" menu link). This will change the menu options on the left side, presenting relevant links to league-specific details.

If you are seeking league information that you recall our site formerly hosted, we have archived some (but not all) of this older content at old.tfda.org.

In order to receive timely information about our leagues (as well as pickup, tournaments and more), please join the TFDA Google group & elect to receive emails as information is posted or browse group postings via the web interface.
