Support TFDA's Mission!

Thank you so much for your interest in supporting TFDA. Excluding the Ultiplex project, TFDA is completely self-sustaining. All leagues, tournaments & other events are currently run in such a way that they generate enough revenue to offset related expenses as well as providing matching grant funds available to traveling teams that are composed of full-time students. Thus, any and all donations currently received by TFDA go directly towards building the Ultiplex. Here are some ways that you can help support our Ultiplex development:

• Donate directly by credit card. Since credit card processing fees eat into the final amount that TFDA receives, please consider donating via check (especially amounts over $100). Mail to 719 W. Cornwallis Rd., Durham, NC 27707, or hand deliver to your friendly neighborhood board member the next time that you see one!


• Join TFDA! TFDA Membership entitles you to a 10% discount on leagues, tournaments, and other specially-marked items - far more value than the cost of membership - but you will also be helping TFDA! With an official membership, TFDA can sell itself far more effectively to prospective sponsors and donors. The larger our member list, the more leverage we have in potential business relationships. Help support our fundraising by becoming an official TFDA member today!


• Purchase photographs at TFDA.SmugMug.com! The Triangle is very proud of several amateur photographers who often capture exciting and fun-filled ultimate moments at TFDA events and generously post them for the public to enjoy at TFDA.SmugMug.com. Each and every purchase (of a print, digital download or any other product) will directly support TFDA!


• GoodSearch - a Yahoo!-based search engine. By taking just a moment to direct your internet searches through GoodSearch (or downloading the toolbar) and choosing TFDA as your designee, every search that you make will benefit TFDA.


• GoodShop - operates in a similar manner to GoodSearch. By choosing TFDA as your designee and routing your purchases at Amazon, Apple, Best Buy, Expedia, and a variety of other internet vendors through GoodShop, every purchase that you make will benefit TFDA.


• Donate time &/or expertise! TFDA is ALWAYS seeking assistance with our ultimate-related activities. If you are willing to donate your time or talent(s), please contact us at Volunteer@tfda.org


• Employees of the state of NC can donate through regular paycheck debits.
